Springtree Construction is a full-service general contractor specializing in multi-family, HOA, commercial, and residential construction, renovation, and repair. Based in Bensalem, PA, we serve Eastern Pennsylvania and all of New Jersey.
Founded by Konrad Kurach in 2016, Springtree originally focused on masonry work, including stucco, stone, brick, and concrete installation and repair. After collaborating with Scott Palmieri on a number of projects over the years, Konrad expressed an interest in expanding the company’s scope of services.
Scott joined Springtree Construction in 2020, combining his general construction experience with Konrad’s masonry expertise. They’ve implemented a shared vision for how to manage a project, communicate with the customer, and deliver a level of quality that consistently meets their high standards. Today, Springtree Construction has the skills, resources, and manpower to build, remodel, repair, or replace any area of a structure’s envelope.

Konrad came to America from Poland in 2000 with $300 in his pocket, one suitcase in his hand, and no knowledge of the English language. His early work focused on window and door replacement until he started working for his uncle’s masonry company. Konrad quickly became an expert in stucco, stone, brick, and concrete repair and water remediation.
Konrad focused on implementing best practices and using the right materials to ensure the durability of his masonry work. He eventually became a supervisor, managing large-scale masonry projects. Konrad started his own company with a partner in 2010 and continued to strengthen his reputation in the industry. He launched Springtree Construction in 2016.
Scott has spent a lifetime in the construction business. He started when he was 11 years old and never stopped. Every summer and every day off from school, Scott would pitch in for his father’s construction company. Over the course of his career, Scott continued to learn new skills while working for large and small home builders and general contractors.
Today, with more than 30 years in construction, Scott’s knowledge is a valuable asset to the Springtree team and his passion for construction has never been stronger. He continues to be motivated by every project. Each has new people, a unique property, and unique challenges, which require Scott to draw on his experience to come with an effective solution.
